Opened the app for the first time and registered. The 2 times I have tried to sign in I am getting an error security issue detected. It says I need to update my device so I did and still can't sign in. I don't understand how you make something so bad. Look at all the reviews and how low the numbers are.

The information provided by the app often has incorrect copays listed and is difficult to understand if a medical facility or procedure is covered if you don’t know specifically the person you will be seeing. I still haven’t received a clear answer on where to go for a regular annual mammogram, Tier 1 despite using the App, calling Coupe’s Customer and speaking with the providers in my city. I’ve also had numerous billing issues and spent hours on the phone and email writing with no resolution over 9 months. I’d avoid this plan in general if you can…

This app is completely useless when it decides it wants to work.  You’re not able to look up procedures to find out if it’s covered or what the PA requirements are.  You can only look up providers.   They want you to waste your time and money going to a provider before knowing if the procedure is even covered (wasting the providers time as well if it’s not), or call them which defeats the entire purpose of the app.  Absolutely regretting taking this insurance option and will be switching back to my company’s normal PPO after this year.

It really sucks that the app I need to find drs in network for my health insurance is so sucky. It doesn’t load, crashes, is a pain to log into, and is hard to navigate. I think you’d be better off chucking the whole thing and starting over

New to Coupe plan. This is the first year the company brought it on.  The search function is hard to use and doesn’t show you the name of the medical when searching individual providers. When searching medical groups it’s hard to see all the providers or search a small area - 5 miles.  Also very few tier one doctor offices.  The app also says it will charge copay depending on who bills -provider or medical. We are the consumer don’t k ow who is billing before we have a visit. Not simpler more complex  and convoluted approach.

If you try to find out if someone is in network this app is absolutely useless.doesn’t allow you to search, shows you only who they want. Pointless. This entire insurance sucks!
