I am so upset the photos never got delivered. I even paid twice like a fool, thinking maybe the first payment did not go through, but once I actually checked my bank account, they both went through . They lied and said that the photos would be ready within 45 to 60 minutes. Here is almost 2 days later and I still have not received my photos. Says 5-10 minutes to generate but you never actually get it. What a rip off ### 1/5 — Scam! BEWARE! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! *2024-07-20, version 1.0.8* I did exactly what I’m telling you not to do, lol. I downloaded the app even though the only other review said that they were scammed and didn’t receive photos. Based on the app creator’s response, I thought maybe it was a genuine mistake and maybe the problem had been resolved…. Boy was I wrong, lol! I needed quick photos for ‘save the dates’ to send out to guests for my upcoming wedding next year. Fiancé is deployed so we figured something quick where they can change our shirts and add a cute background was worth the $14.99. It took about 10-15 minutes for “my photos” to be ready and when I clicked on them, they were of people I didn’t recognize. I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund or for them to correct the photos. They responded almost immediately apologizing and siting that my photos didn’t upload properly. They asked me to send the photos to the email for quicker processing. Well, I’ve been super busy and all over the place because of life. A week later, the photos haven’t been corrected and they’ve failed to respond to any subsequent messages. I’m not pressed for $14.99 and I know the bank will give this back because it’s an obvious scam, but I urge everyone to back away! They are probably going to write me a really nice response message here but don’t fall for it! If they fix the photos, I’ll come back and update my review.. if not, don’t FALL for the awesomely fake customer service comment you’re gonna read. DO NOT USE *2025-11-12, version 1.0.26* I purchased on two different occasions that package for the 1299 AI photos. Both times it said my payment was declined, however on my bank statement it shows it went through and through Apple purchases it shows that it went through. I can’t get an email response back from the company and they’re clearly making it look like I’m out the money. Place do not use this app, you will be scammed out of your money. I uploaded my photo and waited forever — it never generated a single image! The loading screen just keeps going, and nothing ever happens. I even tried multiple times and different photos, but it’s the same every time. They just want you to sign up and maybe even pay, but you get nothing in return. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother downloading this — it’s fake and doesn’t work at all. ⭐ 0/5 – Takes forever, never generates, total scam. ### 1/5 — Cartoon images *2025-10-25, version 1.0.26* The app will display you a sample photos like you give them a couple realistic photos of you and your partner but be aware that first the app will ask you to pay ( with a hassle to as for refund) then after you pay them they will generate you some funny cartoonish photos which I bet you would not even like to even looking at them yet you would never want to show it to anyone… such a trick… I will delete this review if the developer stop playing email games with me and refund me for this misrepresentation of showing realistic photos and sell you a joke. ### 1/5 — Pictures *2025-09-18, version 1.0.26* I did not receive my photos in a timely matter and they are making me pay for the subscription again when I never got any pictures. ### 1/5 — FAKE AND SPAM *2025-08-24* Don’t download and purchase, its just scam!!! Sometimes you have to wait a while. It’s never taken longer than an hour, maybe half an hour at most. My only gripe is, it would be awesome if the developer offered a subscription plan for this app, instead of having to pay $14.99 a pop every time you want pictures. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2024-12-29, version 1.0.13* Love it ### 4/5 — They got it right *2025-03-20, version 1.0.15* So originally, I did provide a one star review because I was upset at their promise to provide my images within 45 to 60 minutes after I sent an email to the company and shared my frustration. They immediately took care of the issue and delivered my photos in a timely matter. For the most part, the photos did look like me and my fiancé. There were a few that did not, but it was easily able to fix myself with a photo editor. They apologize for the inconvenience. I was very glad they took the time to resolve my issue. And so I did share with them I will send another review. Great scenes with the potential for great photos. However, if your pic upload couple is outside of a man and a woman well then you’re out of luck. There is no option to have two men or two women or some combination of three or more. It’s 2026 and like it or not it’s possible for a happy couple to be more than one man and one woman.
