The app itself works well and the order flow was smooth and easy to follow. Pay was decent on the order I completed, although I’ve noticed some offers tend to start lower and increase over time if nobody takes them right away. One thing that can be a little frustrating is how strict the delivery timing is. I understand why they do it for corporate catering orders, but I finished my delivery early, took the photo, and the customer already had their food, but I still had to wait a few minutes before the app would let me officially complete it. And my money is mysteriously gone! The contact number is bogus and they have some sort of auto reply in the chat until they want to get in touch with you. I should’ve known it was too good to be true that they might be background friendly because I just got robbed!!! I’m reporting this app to the BBB immediately!! ### 1/5 — CASH OUT IMMEDIATELY OPTION *2026-05-16, version 4.6.14* The cash out immediately option has issues often. As a delivery driver, Courial does not disclose this issue UNTIL you attempt to cash out after a delivery. Then you are told that the alleged problem will be fixed at the soonest. If this is a Friday, it does NOT get fixed. Your earnings are then forwarded to you direct deposit, that takes TWO weeks. So basically, you will have to wait to weeks to receive $30 from a delivery when immediate cash out has issues. I have been with Courial since 2022. They have had cash out issues previously but lately the cash out issue has been more frequent. ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY EGREGIOUS *2026-04-22, version 4.6.7* Unsafe dispatch + unreliable system: repeated messages while driving, orders reassigned after acceptance, incorrect distance flags, and delayed payouts. I’ve been working rideshare and delivery for many years in LA and I can assure you, this is by far the worst company ever. They cheat you in payment, saying that there is a system glitch, they have a terrible attitude, speaking to drivers and employees, and they are nowhere to be found when you need them in case of an emergency. I had to do a promo for them in an exposition advertising Their new service called the chauffeur, spent about two 10 hour days and after the end of the second shift and the closing of the exposition, they vanished and never paid! They will answer and questions and concerns as well any question you have about the current task. Very easy to navigate and use. I definitely recommend new drivers to sign up! ### 1/5 — Low pay for delivering large catering orders *2026-03-11, version 4.6.5* Another gig app that takes advantage of desperate gig workers. They want you to pick up, deliver and set up large catering orders for $15 - $30. I noticed they never update order count so you may accepts to deliver 18 sandwiches but when you go to pick up the next morning it could change to 30 and there is no pay adjustment. Most of those gigs should pay between $50 - $80 including TIPS but these crooks are taking 80% for themselves and paying drivers 20%. Update/ This is the only Catering Delivery App that doesn’t show us TIPS or separate base fare from tips. Offers should show base fare and tips like Expedite and other apps who partner with Easy Cater. Tips belongs to drivers and is not to be used to subsidize our base pay. ### 1/5 — Can’t even check if work is available without providing my social. *2026-03-06, version 4.6.5* I didn’t even need personal references for my job with the Federal Government and they want two.
