Three different riders claimed that they “couldn’t get my order” and tried to force me to cancel the order. Called the restaurant- not a single person has attempted to pick it up. Scam app full of liars. Fine, so I called and it sounds like someone’s regular phone number and says “voicemail not set up” or such, so I emailed and nobody has responded. I’ve also emailed support for a refund with no response. Hate to throw the word scam around but…? Update: I did receive a support response after leaving this review (which they asked me to take down - icky). They said I wasn’t charged, but on my end I certainly was. The phone number is still dead, as above. These people have provided me no value, only hassle. **Developer response:** Sorry you had a less than perfect experience, but we did try to assist you and provided proof that you (1) were calling an incorrect number, (2) that we did not charge your credit card; and (3) our correct number is listed on our website and in our help/support section of the app. We would have been happy to not only refund your charge, but offer an inconvience fee for your trouble. However, after investigation, nothing went wrong on our side. The app and our system worked as intended. As you can see, your review appears to be an anomaly. We asked you to remove your review, because your claims were unsubstantiated. Today I was advised I violated their terms & conditions & they refuse to deliver anything to me. They knew what was being delivered. It was on the order. They said they r against CBD & refuses & r prejudice against anyone that uses it. They allowed it for months. It was not a secret. I even spoke to them about it. These r people that r prejudice against people that use legal alternative medicine for pain. They will deliver Fentanyl though. A friend has a prescription & they deliver it every week. ### 1/5 — Cannot enter your credit card information *2021-01-31, version 2.4* Tried five different times. It just doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — Needs Time Zone Selection *2022-02-18* I came across this app and it seemed like an amazing way to be able to get emergency errands done for loved ones in another state. However, the pick up times are based off user’s time zone vs the drop off address. In my situation, the stores would already close if they waited an hour to pick up the items when for example 10pm my time would be 9pm their time. The app won’t let you select a time that already passed in your time zone.
