I would say to anyone thinking they will make a good living using this app as their sole method of getting work,(which is the way the platform was sold to me)be very careful. You are bidding against people who are willing to work for nothing,that probably haven't got the correct insurance and are being used by unscrupulous CX account holders that farm out work to illegal drivers which just drives the prices down to the point where shippers think we are all a soft touch.
