I had to back all the way out, load up funds, then re enter everything. Delivery arrived on time and safely, so there’s that. ### 1/5 — Eish! *2025-11-11, version 4.13.2* This app is terrible. And it doesn’t save your details bec the amount of times I have to go back and the. Rewrite everything is super frustrating. I hate using this app. Also your prices keep going up. They more expensive on the app than what is advertised on the site ### 1/5 — Whoever approved this Pudo update clearly does not use it!! *2025-10-13, version 4.13.1* The new Pudo app update is an absolute train wreck. Nothing works properly. The old version was smooth and reliable, but this one feels like it was rushed out without any proper testing. I cant even sign in ! It is beyond frustrating when a service that used to make life easy suddenly becomes the problem. I rely on Pudo, but right now it causes more stress than convenience. Please stop trying to improve what was not broken. New app needs a lot of work, user flow isn’t great, can be easier to find collection lockers/kiosks, option for priority packages for door delivery, easier to check credit balance and top-up. Really what needs to be done is whoever is designing the app needs to use the app to send packages to understand the workflow. For example, if a user didn’t check their credit before hand and went through the flow to send a parcel, then they will only be notified of their credit at the end which means they need to tap back multiple times to find their hamburger menu and add credit. At that point the user needs to redo their order. Please add a direct link for the user to increase credit when they are ready to process it. ### 1/5 — Unable to top up money into the app *2025-10-04, version 4.13.1* The app has issues when it comes to toping up using bank it just says request expired in less than a second at least add an option for us to deposit money on our app by doing a deposit at the bank. This started after updating the app and I contacted corrier guy many times about the issue and now I am unable to use the app until it get resolved. ### 1/5 — Rebranding from Pudo to courier guy was done so very poorly *2025-10-02, version 4.13.1* The app is a nightmare. App keeps shutting down. Super glitchy. Only allows you to select a destination and not a drop off point location. You have changed the way people do business. Your delivery service is effen brilliant and I actually don’t know what I would do without you guys. So what if the app is slightly impractical. The service and super affordable cost far out ways the small impracticalities. So ignore the haters PUDO! I exist because of you and your top class service! I trust you like I trust a big brother! Mwah! Love you guys! ### 4/5 — Loading Funds *2025-10-01, version 4.13.1* I have being using this app for quite some time sending parcels up and down. The biggest flaw I find is that there is no option to load funds at the very last point of choosing accept to submit your parcel. Then the error, insufficient funds and you have to back, back, back - Load funds and start ALL OVER AGAIN… ### 4/5 — Creating a flexible cheap accessible logistics for everyone *2024-08-24, version 4.7.2* I have sent many packages back and forth allowing me to fully take advantage of Facebook market place across South Africa with really low costs and good service. The app could be improved slightly with the ability to load contacts from contact list, session memory and a list of previously used addresses but on the whole great service. ### 3/5 — App crash on completion of top-up that was initiated during parcel 📦 booking process. Bonus points: if you can make the whole field tappable for when you want to type in the amount of money to add to wallet. Just one thing *2024-04-20, version 4.7.0* I have been using PUDO for a while now, and it has become the best thing for my small business. The process is easy and sometimes my customers receive their parcels on the same day which is really awesome for business. One thing I need you to look at having an address book for recipient. If not an address book, a function that will allow previously used addressees to pop up. This will save us a lot of time. ### 3/5 — Good but can improve *2021-07-31, version 4.0* I use the app daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Overall the app is fairly easy to use and quite user friendly. I just have some small issues that would be easy to fix I think. 1. Logging in every time I open the app gets quite annoying, especially considering how often I use the app 2. It would be way easier to have my payment details saved on the app so that I don’t have to add them in every time I want to top up 3. When I get the SMS with the locker pin details it would be much better to also receiver the waybill number in the sms. This is to make sure I don’t accidentally put the wrong parcel in the locker ### 3/5 — Room for Improvement *2020-12-13, version 3.5* as a small business owner, i’ve been so happy for this part of running the business to have been made simple. it’s easy to use and effective. there’s only a few places i’d wish to see improvements: > i hate having to log in every single time i go into the app. > when i top up my credit, after the payment is complete the app freezes so i have to close it and reopen it (and relog in) to then go forward with my booking. > having smaller increments / a way to choose for myself how much money i want to put into my credit would be awesome! i usually use the R50 locker option but once needed to use the R60 option and now i have R40 in my credit i can’t use unless i have another 4 orders that require the R60 locker (which is highly unlikely - i sell jewelry) > i wish there was a database that could hold all of the recipient’s info so that whenever i have a repeat customer i don’t have to manually type out all of their information again. > the address field falls short. there’s only room for a street number, name and suburb. i often have customers who live in complexes or apartments and i have no idea how to enter all that information into the fields required. > the only two status updates on packages are “customer deposited” and “courier collected”. if there was just one more to say “delivered” i’d be happy. > there should be a help tab in the app / contact details clearly marked. i had to go looking for an email address to email which really isn’t convenient when i urgently require assistance. i know it seems like a lot but otherwise i’m very happy. i wouldn’t use anyone else :) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
