This is an app to measure how efficient you are as a runner. It tells you what you’re efficient at and what you need work on. It’s something that every runner should use imo!

App helps significantly with solo training sessions. App helps my coaches as well. Notices things that I can’t and reinforces preexisting bad habits so help me work on them.
