### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money

This was the biggest disappointment ever. Both my husband and I purchased this in hopes of keeping track of our CEUs on or iPhone but nooo all we got was and advertisement for their plans and that was it no menu no storage for the CEUs nothing. No contact number for help not chat line zip zilch big nothing burger. What a waste of space. Going back to excel.

I'm sorry your experience hasn't been bad. You ran into a bug during onboarding that I believe I've fixed. 

I responded to your support email immediately and haven't heard anything back from you. You can cancel your trial right now before it expires and you won't be charged anything. I've also fixed some data in the backend (which was the bug) so that you should be able to get into the app now.

Again, I'm terribly sorry that this happened to you. My goal is for Course Counter to be useful, and I'm sorry if you feel like the opposite. 

Please let me know how I can help, or cancel your trial before you're charged.

Same as the other review.  The Home Screen didn’t even load.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience. There was a bug with the specific version of the app that you were using that I fixed in the next version of the app. Obviously, we never want issues like this to make it out to users, and we're focused on making sure this type of thing doesn't happen again.
I appreciate you leaving a review so I was made aware of the problem.

This app will not save my credits. I keep adding credits uploading documents and it’s not saving.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry you're having problems saving credits. I'm not seeing anything weird on my side, and other users aren't having any issues. Haven’t uploaded a CEU in a little while. When I try to click on the upload button it’s frozen and won’t let me upload. Otherwise it’s an excellent app!!
