Immediately upon noticing the unauthorized charge of $69.99 (less than 24 hours after signing up) in addition to the subscription fee (which I did authorize), I requested a refund. The company did respond back to my request explaining the charges were for the Unlimited AI Tools Access and to reassure me “that throughout the payment page and in our Subscription Terms, we make it clear that optional features like this come with an additional cost.” Never did I dispute this was disclosed, however I skipped all add on options with fees and yet I was still charged.
