They sign you up and secretly add an upgrade which they refused to stop. I got charged an additional $80 that I cancelled and it still charged me. I asked them to reverse it the day it went through and all I got was an AI bot.

This is a complete scam. I got this yo assist my daughter in becoming better informed but it immediately tried to sell me an upgrade to actually use the AI it claims to provide access to. Without the upgrade the app is worthless. A total waste of money. Don’t do it.

I had a 3 day trial for my son that was cancelled the same day . Apple took money from me the $29 for the month and refused to refund. Do not sign up for free trial if you aren’t sure .

### 1/5 — 🚫 Conteúdo enganoso para a faixa etária

Minha experiência com o Coursiv Jr. foi bastante frustrante.
Apesar da promessa de ser indicado para crianças a partir de 5 anos, a realidade é bem diferente. O conteúdo é limitado, focado apenas em quadros expositivos, sem atividades práticas que realmente engajem ou desenvolvam as crianças.

Meu filho, que é um dos mais avançados da turma na escola, ainda não interpreta corretamente — algo totalmente normal para a idade — e, por isso, o material não atendeu de forma alguma. Senti que a propaganda foi enganosa ao afirmar que seria adequado para essa faixa etária.

O resultado foi que, já no primeiro dia de uso, percebi que não fazia sentido manter a assinatura e solicitei o reembolso imediatamente.

Será que uma experiência tão ruim a ponto de levar ao reembolso no mesmo dia não merece uma atenção maior da equipe? Fica aqui meu registro: não recomendo o Coursiv Jr. para quem busca uma plataforma realmente interativa, com desafios e propostas práticas de aprendizado.
