## What is Courtside West Staff?

The schedule, your hours, and every club procedure in one place.

Courtside West Staff replaces the group texts, the spreadsheet and the Word documents that club scheduling used to live in. Everyone sees the same schedule, and it is right.

See who's on. The full schedule, week by week, with your own shifts marked. No more asking.

Clock in and out from your phone. Your hours add themselves up, and you can check them any time instead of waiting for payday to find out.

Hand a shift over. Post a shift you can't work and whoever takes it first owns it — settled between staff, without waiting on a manager to approve it.

Every procedure, searchable. Opening, closing, cleaning, incident handling — the whole staff handbook, searchable from behind the desk.

Leave the next person a note. Clocking out asks what happened on your shift, so whoever opens tomorrow isn't starting blind.

Courtside West Staff is for employees of Courtside West. Accounts are created by the club — there is no public sign-up.

## Version history (last 1 release)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-23

Time entry is easier to use on phones. Clock-in, clock-out, payroll corrections and schedule times now have separate hour and minute boxes, so the number pad can enter a time without a colon key. Invalid or incomplete times stay visible until corrected.
