SCAMMERS & FRAUD website *2021-07-25* This app & their employees are the biggest scammers & total fraud. I have sold items worth Rs. 6000 & they are not giving me my money. It’s been over 2 months now. They never pay you, you have to keep chasing them & they keep giving random excuses to fool you. They have now blocked my account since they dont want to give me my money. Complete waste it money, time & energy. TOTAL scammers & most fraud website. Going to file strict complaint now . I made my account, clicked the photos of the top I wanted to sell and clicked on the submit button. When I went to check how my product looked, I realised they put the wrong information about it. I had clicked on “New without Tag” and “Size S”. They showed it was “New with Tag” and “Size XS”. Not to mention my additional description was never viewed. If someone had really bought the product with the wrong information, not only I would have had to listen to them but pay a fine to Coutlook, for giving “wrong information to the customer.” Also, I didn’t get the hang of their commission rate. First time I uploaded, it showed commission of ₹160, but when I viewed the product and realised they gave the wrong information, I had to delete it and try again. They will send the roadside quality products and forget about the sizes which u have ordered. These bunch of idiots have registered their pathetic name coutloot and fooling people around by showing original product images and sending you the 10th grade copy items which you may expect with the price they are offering. And nobody bothers to return it just because the amount is way less. But this company is actually cheating on a big scale like this. Pls don’t fall into the trap of cheap prices. The quality of Coutloot is Cheapest. When it arrived I opened the parcel infront of the delivery boy, and asked for the return because I didn’t expect that quality of the product. He told me that this is not the procedure after arguing so much that you’ll have to pay first then ask for the return online. Then I requested for return online. Theg contacted me on whatsapp and denied of my request for return saying return is not in their policy. And told me to read the company policy and yes they have mentioned inside that policy that returns aren’t accepted, although on the delivery detail of the product it is clearly mentioned that this product is eligible for retutn. A clear loot. I even asked for exchange of the product if not return, denied that too. A very bad experience. I get a lot of response for my listings. Also their customer service is very quick and reliable. I called them for my cashout request, and Sarfaraz made sure I receive the money as soon as possible in my bank acc.
