I use the app instead of the reader and I can’t change back to the reader without losing access whilst waiting for a card to be sent ### 1/5 — Pathetic app. *2023-06-30, version 2.6.20* Useless doesn’t do anything. ### 2/5 — Have to keep deleting and re downloading the app *2023-03-13, version 2.6.20* The app constantly crashes and has a blurred screen so regularly have to delete and reload! ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-01-31, version 2.6.20* Just awful. Service really dropped in quality since the new website launched .. account transaction search function only works occasionally . Telephone banking service reply time has increased dramatically from being ‘great’ to now ‘average’ . Service not equating to a private bank more an average high street bank . Shame as it used to be so good before the changes were made ### 5/5 — New mobile app *2022-10-05, version 2.6.20* This is a great improvement on the old app. It is very easy and quick to use and seems extremely secure. ### 2/5 — Why so much worse than Nat West ? *2022-09-10, version 2.6.20* Nat West have a slick, user friendly app. This is cumbersome and clearly much worse than the Nat West app. Why aren’t they using a rebranded version of the Nat West app? ### 2/5 — Very limited *2022-03-16, version 2.5.12* Having switched my main current account from Barclays, I feel stranded. This app is like something from the old days of online banking circa 2010. It requires a PC to make payments- who carries PC around with them? It only updates over night, and not at all at the weekend. The online banking platform it links to is so complicated and cumbersome I just ring Coutts24 to do simple transactions. I haven’t had to use my phone for banking in over 10 years. You can do better Coutts.
