I would always have a back up bank account and app with another bank as this is not reliable and missing a lot of functionality that other banking apps have. ### 2/5 — Not in the same league as other banking apps *2025-03-10, version 11.200.0* The app crashes probably around 1/3 of the time I try to open it. It also takes around 30 seconds to open - far longer than any other banking app I’ve used. And the functionality is nowhere close to other banking apps. General violation errors (twice), missing sign in and authorisation requests and now loss of facial recognition to sign in! Very slow and clunky. Needs improvement ### 2/5 — Really Poor App for a Premium Bank *2024-11-12, version 8.505.0* Face recognition is temperamental, some accounts it asks you to call Coutts 24 but when you delete and reinstall the app it fixes (for a week or two). Other banks seem to have online banking nailed, but it appears to be beyond the skill set of Coutts. ### 2/5 — New app poorly designed *2024-10-23, version 8.505.0* In addition to problems with the app noted by others there is a problem with the approval process for online log on that now does not function so I have to ring tech support every time I log in which is ridiculously time consuming.
