The app automatically closes out to the main login screen. Then I have to log back in for it to maybe work properly. Of course, transferring money in and out of accounts and making payments works just fine but it’s the fact that it lags so much and is so slow for me no matter my internet speed I just don’t love it. But this is the only place I have an account at and it’s very convenient that they have their own app. I just hate how slow the app is. I’m currently trying to apply for a credit card and none of the buttons are even working. Not to mention all the times the app is “down for maintenance”. I dread using it when I know I’m going to have to. I am older and I don’t agree with everything on line. My information was hacked through my employer, the medical industry twice, my wife’s employer, and now I got notice from this credit union. I must be the only one that has lost faith in IA and apparently in common sense. If I want to make a payment I have to “transfer fund from my external account into the loan account” even though I am making my payment 3 days prior to it being due, it is late because they won’t apply it for 5 business days. The app is not very user friendly and very complicated compared to any other banks app I use to make payment.
