I placed an order for N-95 masks for my family on Sept 25. Today is Dec 17 and still nothing but excuses from this company. They reply to my requests for shipment with ‘explanations’ that they are overwhelmed w orders, will ship the order by Friday (early in October), are going to check on the order and get back to me, and other ‘explanations’. Yet I keep seeing ads declaring they have many masks in their warehouses ready to ship right out. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SELLER.

Great customer service, great products. Have purchased 6+ products that all came timely and are certified medical products. Referred a friend that ordered for entire hospital. He thanked me for the referral as everything went smoothly. This company is the real deal.

I have made multiple orders from CovCare now. The majority of my orders were placed through one of their sales reps, Jeremy, and another was placed through the app. Every time my product was delivered as promised. They even kindly sent me an extra 10 masks once, which i distributed to the homeless folk that live nearby.

As a front line essential worker I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this company. Not only was I able to get masks for myself, I was able to supply my entire office. Thank You Cov Care!

I ordered masks with the expectation that they would arrive in 2 weeks.  My order was sent out within 5 days and I had it after only 8 days!  I cannot find these N95 masks anywhere and I am so glad that I was able to buy them here to protect myself and my family. I will definitely be recommending Cov Care to all my friends!
