I have had to talk to them about problems,my problems and they always helped me. If you have questions about anything just ask them. And be nice they are there to help. ### 5/5 — Cove App *2023-08-25* I do business with three major banks and Cove FCU. One would think a small credit union like Cove wouldn’t have the resources of the major banks for technology like apps and online services. Cove’s Apple app and website are by far the best and easiest mobile banking app I’ve ever used . Shout out to the Cove Team A++. ### 1/5 — Used to work till the new update. *2023-08-02* Tried to login in and set up a pin and now I can’t even type it in on my app. Went from a useful app to not so useful when I can’t even get in ### 4/5 — Great App BUT… *2023-03-17* I love this app. It does almost everything I need. I can pay bills online, I can check my transactions and super convenient quick view. My only complaint, it needs a get help link. Idk if it’s a glitch with the system or what but I have to change my password often because it will say my password is wrong.
