แย่มาก ปัญหาหาเดิมๆซ้ำซาก วนลูป เสียงดังเกือบทุกวัน เสียงดังจากแรงงานต่างด้าวของตึก เปิดเพลงเสียงดัง พูดคุยตะโกน แจ้งไปก็เงียบได้ 2-3 วันก็กลับมาดังอีก ปัญหาหาภายใน ไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น แจ้งไปไม่ติดตั้งให้ เข้าเดือนที่ 3 แล้ว เพิ่งได้คำตอบว่าช่างติดรีโนเวทตึกอื่นกำแพงชื้นจนขึ้นราเป็นจุดดำๆ แจ้งไปบอกเด๋วให้ช่างเข้ามาดูและให้แม่บ้านเข้ามาทำความสะอาดให้ แต่ไม่มีใครมาเลย สรุปลูกบ้านต้องหาวิธีทำความสะอาดกำจัดเชื้อราเอง คำตอบที่ได้บ่อยที่สุดคือ “ประสานงานให้” ลูกบ้านอาศัยอยู่ ไม่แก้ไขปัญหาให้ก่อน ไม่แก้ไขให้ตรงจุด ถ่ายรูป ส่งวิดีโอแจ้งไป คือดูจากแค่นั้นเลย ไม่มีการเข้ามาดูหน้างาน ปัญหาเกิดจากอะไร สาเหตุมาจากตรงไหน ไม่มีความใส่ใจลูกบ้านที่อาศัยเลย
