La transazione fallisce prima ancora di indicare il metodo di pagamento. La scansione del QR code sulla macchina fallisce con errore. ### 1/5 — Login and registration are terrible and very frustrating *2025-11-18* You can only log in with your phone number, but only resend an sms code after 60 mins if you don’t receive it, and then they ask you plenty of questions that they don’t need for this service (it’s a vending machine service for god’s sake). Make it easy for everybody and allow Apple Pay and voila. **Developer response:** Dear User, we are sorry for what happened. Kind regards, Customer Care ### 1/5 — Pessimo *2024-12-10, version 5.1.4* Accedo con google per accelerare i tempi di registrazione, mi chiede lo stesso infinite informazioni, devo comprare un’automobile o un caffè? Bah.. andando avanti, dopo qualche giorno riapro l’applicazione e mi trovo disconnesso, non posso più fare l’accesso con google perché è stata tolta la funzione di accesso “rapido” tramite google, provo con l’accesso “rapido” tramite account apple, la cui mail è la stessa di google quindi mi immagino di trovarmi già il profilo pronto in qualche secondo, perdo però un altra infinità di tempo per RI-registrarmi (con la stessa mail, cosa mai vista prima) scoprendo poi che il nuovo profilo è un altro e perciò ho persino perso il mio vecchio credito. Basito da questa storia prenderò il caffè da un altra parte saluti e un applauso ai tecnici ideatori di questa fantastica applicazione. ### 5/5 — Tanto in poco *2024-11-20, version 5.1.3* Abbiamo sempre avuto una macchina per l’erogazione di bevande calde in ufficio, ma l’avvento di questa app ha trasformato la pausa caffè in un momento conviviale che può svolgersi in posti diversi contemporaneamente, non siamo più schiavi delle monetine per avere un caffè, possiamo inviare consumazioni ai colleghi, monitorare i nostri consumi e soprattutto il programma “Stars” premia le nostre abitudini. Totally useless really. ### 1/5 — Cliquer sur le bouton « recharger » ne fait absolument rien *2022-12-01* Impossible de recharger, le bouton ne fonctionne pas ### 1/5 — Spreco di tempo e soldi *2021-06-23, version 3.0.3* Ho collegato l’app ad un dispositivo Stima caricando 5€ che non sono mai riuscito ad usare! Tralasciamo la fase di registrazione veramente lunga e macchinosa… Finalmente riesco a registrarmi, collegare app e caricare 5€ di credito con PayPal. Il problema è che sono inutilizzabili! Collego app al distributore e regolarmente vedo 5€ di credito nel display del distributore, ma ogni volta che provo a selezionare un prodotto ottengo il messaggio “erogazione non andata a buon fine”. Il costo del prodotto viene prima addebitato e poi riaccreditato a rimborso. Alla fine ho dovuto usare le monete! È la terza volta che riprovo, sempre identico scenario! In tutto ciò la cosa davvero peggiore è l’impossibilità di segnalare il problema all’assistenza, motivo che mi ha costretto a lasciare questa pessima recensione! Ho provato segnalazione problema di credito ma, a parte form di input quasi inutilizzabile perché in formato email, alla fine ottengo errore quando provo a mandare la segnalazione! Tutti gli altri metodi per segnalare guasti sono vincolati a scenari differenti dal mio. Fatto sta che ho praticamente bruciato 5€, senza possibilità di usarli ne di recuperarli!!! ### 5/5 — Assistenza impeccabile *2021-05-07, version 3.0.1* Per quanto si possa dire e/o discutere su temporanei o continui malfunzionamenti, il team di sviluppo e l’assistenza sono super celeri, dopo una mia richiesta di intervento il problema è stato risolto nel lasso di poche ore (oserei dire che il ritardo è stato frutto della mia lentezza), complimenti davvero. ### 5/5 — Ricarica paypal *2021-03-01, version 2.6.0* Buongiorno, app ottima. Unico problema, come si fa a ricaricare con paypal? Perché l’unica possibilità che ho è inserire continuamente il mio numero di carta.
