App no longer sends a notification. Phone doesn’t ring. They hardly make updates on it and when they do it’s God awful. It has so many glitches and issues you never know when you will actually work correctly. One thing good I can say is it serves its purpose when the app is actually working correctly. I can’t see loads, send documents, send or receive messages, or use any tools of any kind. When it worked it was fine and worked as expected. Needs a major bug fix. ### 1/5 — Can’t help but screw it up. *2018-06-29, version 3.8.3* I updated the app to version 3.8.3 and was continually bombarded by requests to edit my login. Since my login information was correct, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. All attempts to log back in have failed. I wished I hadnt updated the app. The doc scan now does a countdown to take the picture, but it’s struggling to recognize the page borders. There was a message that came out stating that the application as been updated but there is nothing new to the application. I just use the application for messages and to see if I do have a load. Once I see that I do have a load, I have to go to the truck to get the full information about the load.
