They strategically locked my account due to “location” even though I only play this at my house where I first played it in New Jersey. Left my money in limbo on the platform for weeks. Suddenly the location was “approved” again. I then went into blackjack and experienced an immediate drain sequence. Hit on a soft 14 doubled it and pulled a 6. The dealer then beat me out with a perfect 21 with 4 cards. I stood on 18-19 maybe 3 times to be beat out by a dealers 20 or 21 all by hitting. I truly appreciate you guys for making sure everything goes smoothly & I recommend this app to anyone who likes to not ONLY do casinos. Welp, nobody said that they take a big percentage, so you could have $30 in credit, but only .13 cents to redeem. And the “ fully covered” doesn’t mean you’re gonna get that back. (Which I thought that was the point of the app) let’s not forgot you have to take changes/risk to win more money, so you’re playing with the credit money and that’s a 50, 50 unless you play the “lucky drop”. I see some reviews that said it help pays bills idk if that’s true or not, but it’s a no for me. You’ll be up all night trying to win REDEEMABLE money. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Coverd so far and would definitely recommend giving it a try. ### 5/5 — I love this app! *2026-09-02* I honestly think this app is a scam, there now constantly just giving me life styles ticket things which you can use for competitions but every time I look, someone is in a very high level which is very hard to get to because they let you only play certain games that Coverd made and there like rigged, you can barely even win on blackjack when I know how to play it, I can never get over 1,000 points or even up to 2,000 by playing any of the little games they let you play, it’s ridiculous especially before when you had to purchase for the daily check ins but if I got money from that and gambled it, make $100 for only 2 cents to be redeemable out of $100? Like I had to pay to even get the daily check in money so why make me have to make at least $2,000 just to have like $4 available to redeem? There just taking your money and I have been playing this one game on the casino selections for weeks now and have not gotten any of the things to pop in the game when there full full, so it’s a complete scam and waste of time, I even made my money back on multiple transactions but I never seen the money and never let me like hit accept or collect or nothing, the line will just fill up and say I completed it then nothing pops up in my balance **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the 5-star review!
