The worst app with the worst customer service in trouble shooting. Do not recommend any GigCare insurance plan. The savings is not worth the hassle

The app frequently has glitches even after updates and re-installing, little to no information about my account. Zero claims are listed and no access to current deductible information.

I already carry my insurance card with me, so I don’t need an app for that, but that might be helpful for those that don’t. The one thing I wish it would do it can’t do, which is to find a provider. Error message every time. If I didn’t need to take the monthly survey, I would delete it.

Update: STILL missing Deductible and OOP numbers, which are super important to know. I’ve had this for 3 years now, and it’s never showed all the info properly. Claims are listed, but there are no PDFs for details. Digital insurance card now shows up. / The app looks good, but for me it’s missing the key info, such as insurance card and claims. That’s the main reason to use the app….but it’s missing.

The find a provider portion of this app never works. Even with facial recognition, you still need to enter a username and password, which is redundant. Half the time the survey isn’t available in the app to be taken.
