I can’t book an appointment. I tried different Emirates or vaccination centers but when I tried to book it, it says “appointment not available”. I tried to book again for the same details, it shows “fully booked” i tried again with a gap of 4 months, it shows “fully booked” i called the customer service and asked then how come in matter of seconds, my booking was taken ( in my mind, this is not like justin bieber concert right?) the customer service rudely answered me “it got fully booked. if it shows fully booked, it is fully booked” so i asked him, trying to share my frustration over their app.. he cuts me halfway and answers to me. i even told him to let me finish talking.. and he even called me out that i was rude!? their customer service is below standard!!! ### 1/5 — Non-funtional *2022-04-27, version 4.0* Why update the app’s looks if it’s going to ruin the functionality? When booking PCR appointments it sends you the OTP without taking you to the page that you’re supposed to write it in making it impossible to book. ### 1/5 — All are inactive *2022-02-11, version 3.5.1* Software is not working at all. Trying for boater doze appointment no option. Regular vaccine appointment no seclude. All option is inactive. I am wasting my time. I am trying to appoint for boater doze.
