## What is COVIDFree?

This app is part of a research study at University Health Network, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and University of Toronto and allows you to report your symptoms to your doctor. Please only download if you have been contacted by a researcher coordinator and have received an access code to sign into the application.
