Have to delete app and reinstall daily. Won’t save user name any more. Useless. ### 2/5 — App goes down frequently *2022-11-27, version 2.0* After the app went down for the 5th time I deleted the app and reinstalled. Unfortunately, I forgot my username and cannot find a way to retrieve it. It’s awful, buggy, crashes, glitches… it never seems to work properly and doesn’t show part of my schedule so I have to go in to whatever facilities I’m scheduled at and request that they print my shifts off for me. I deleted it and attempted several times to download it again now it says enter a payment information.
