Waited about 12 minutes and the food wasn’t brought out. Had to go in and pick it up. Then they didn’t give us the 8 sauces we ordered. Using the app, they scheduled the delivery through Uber. It took 10 min after food was done to even be picked up, then another 20 minutes to actually get delivered, obviously cold. Added coupons or redeemed rewards and you think everything is right. They sneak a tip on to the final screen. You haven't got your food. You have no idea how good your service will actually be but they sneak a tip in anyway. Deplorable. Whats worse is that the staff isn’t paid a tip wage. You have no idea if the money actually goes to the staff.
