I’ve also emailed three times. I don’t care if it’s a quarter of my balance you let me put money in with no problem I should be able to take money out no problem. Feeling ripped off and deceived. I beat 10 levels and did not win anything instead of the next level being 11 the next level was one. It started me all over again from the beginning meanwhile, my jackpot is just getting bigger. They’re the BEST. They’ve got a great selection of games and they’re always adding more.
