## What is cowlick（カウリック）?

cowlick is a place to spend your own time in the same room as strangers.

Someone reading. Someone studying. Someone drawing. Someone working.
A study at night, a cabin in a snowy forest, a library in autumn leaves — small pixel-art rooms that change with the season and time of day, with seats for up to 3 people.

No one talks to you, and you never need to react.
The lamp by the next seat glows, and now and then you hear a page turn or a pen moving.
Someone is there. That's all — and somehow your time alone goes a little better.

No setup needed. Drop in, stay as long as you like, and slip out quietly.

[What you can do]
・12 rooms that change with the season and time of day, plus special rooms and a room to sit alone in
・Choose what you're doing — reading, studying, a hobby, or work — and take a seat
・Add what you're working on (a book, an exam, a project) and watch the time add up
・Keep the time you spent each day in a quiet calendar
・Leave a private note for yourself when you leave
・Rain, wind, insects, a river, and seasonal sounds, plus page-turning and writing sounds

[What this room doesn't have]
・Chat, calls, microphone, camera
・Likes, follows, rankings
・Ads, or analytics that follow what you do

[Feeling safe]
・No account needed. Your display name is anything you like, up to 8 characters
・You can hide someone from your own screen, or report them

Put your phone on the desk and open your book or notebook.
cowlick simply keeps you quiet company while you do.
