I opened a support ticket with Cox and I was told the case will be escalated up the chain and someone will get back to me. No one ever did. I really do not like Cox nor its support but in my area I don’t have any other cable providers unless I switch to DirecTV. As soon as I do have other choices I will cancel Cox.
