Randomly signs you out, randomly resets biometrics, and then sometimes it just won’t connect. You would think that they would make an effort to try to keep up with their competitors, but clearly they don’t care! They also require my username and password manually filled in every single time I login which is a pain. ### 1/5 — Buyer beware!! *2025-12-06, version 15.0.0* Cox is all but shutting down its security alarm side of the business. No new equipment, no repairs and no replacements if not in stock. This officially happened 11/12/2025. No notice to existing customers. ### 2/5 — Was decent, now trash *2025-11-27, version 15.0.0* Not sure what changed recently but the app continues to revert back to username and password every time I open it, with Face ID is toggled. I’ve toggled back and forth, reset my device, removed the app and reinstalled, works for a day then reverts back to username and password auth, with the Face ID still toggled in settings. Suuuuper effective when I need to get to my arm/disarm settings quickly /s. ### 2/5 — Alarm ok, app terrible *2025-11-23, version 15.0.0* The app works only SOMETIMES!
