I have the app for my apartment and I logged in an about a month ago when I moved in and haven’t opened the app since because I have not needed to. I wanted to check something today and the app shows no information and has completely forgotten who I am. Bad app made by a bad company

App does not play well with thermostat, constantly lags when changing the temperature. Numbers are only even for some reason. Widgets don’t work either.

This app never works. I try to change my heat or air conditioning settings and it never works.

I set a routine for AC to be 68 for bed and instead kept going to 50 degrees. Almost froze to death. App is so buggy it’s not even funny. It’s insanely hard to try to set temperature by exact degree. Nothing is smooth or well thought out. IOTA dropped the ball making this. Shame on them.

it’s constantly bugging out. i can never easily change the temperature for the ac without having to constantly click on the temperature that i want, over and over. the unlock for the key lock never works. the only good thing about the app is that you can turn the lights on/off from a long distance.

Hardly works. When you change the thermostat it jumps all the way to the coldest or warmest. Never to where you put it. Marketed as a great feature renting but due to this doesn’t add much. Might as well get up and adjust it from the device.  👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This app is so dumb! It’s always malfunctioning. I’ve turned the AC on 75 and woke up one morning to find it at 50. That maybe it was a simple mistake and tried it again a different night and it set itself to 0. It doesn’t turn on right away either whether being navigated from the phone or on the wall unit. And trying to get someone to come out and fix it can take ages. I hate this installation.

The app is constantly logging me out. Although I suppose security is a bonus, a pin could suffice and to have to renter my username and PW every time I want to change the thermostat or unlock my door just defeats the purpose of the convenience. Even when logging in it will just load and not log it.

Just poorly designed.
