I spoke someone at cox and at first was told it was going to cost me $100 to have them install the correct wiring so that I could get WiFi. After doing a little bit of complaining to management I got a call from a wonderful lady that works with cox from her home in Escondido, her name is Susan. She was able to order my installation completely for free and to get the panoramic WiFi at a pretty decent price. I am overall very happy with my new service. I have since then had a few questions about getting cox for my cell phone provider an since Susan gave me her phone number she has been amazing at always answering all my calls and giving me the best information that she has with regards to pricing etc. this is something I am giving careful consideration to in the near future. For now I am happy with everything and cox has been amazing. Nothing bad to say from this end.
