When I started with own it, I knew the results I desired for my overall health were attainable, but I didn’t know if I’d have the bandwidth to make the time consuming changes to my lifestyle in which it would surely require. Man, was I wrong! A small change here…a slight shift there… and within a couple weeks I’m feeling better than I have in years! Now I’ve created new habits, rhythms, and routines that aren’t burdensome at all. LIFE CHANGING!!

The Own It app allows me to have daily check-in’s with myself on my habits and controllables, and I love the convenience of having all of the workouts, breath work, stretches, etc. all within 1 app.
