After going into the vet’s office to check in they told me to go home and check in thru the app but when I click submit my appt it takes me to the App Store? From what I can tell no appt was made so what a waste of my time and risk to my dog’s health.

Welcome to our new app version! This update includes a new design and some new features to improve the user experience. The main app features are all within thumbs reach, and there is a new menu layout.
Selfies are now displayed on the home screen and users can display either their own pet’s selfies or all submitted selfies. The new selfie leaderboard brings a fun, interactive way to learn about other pets that are also patients at our veterinary practice.
The loyalty section now includes a loyalty card which can hold an unlimited number of paw stamps, and access to our reward store.
