## What is Cozuchi?

Real estate investment for everyone.
COZUCHI is a real estate investment type crowdfunding service that allows you to easily complete and manage your assets online from 10,000 yen.

We offer a variety of funds with an assumed yield (annual interest rate) of around 3% to 12%, depending on the investor's stance.
COZUCHI does not feel rushed to invest. If you choose your favorite fund and invest, leave the rest to the professionals.
COZUCHI has a unique dividend policy that distributes additional profit on top of the expected yield if the property sells for a higher price than expected, even though it is neglected asset management.

アプリからの手続きに難あり。
口座認証時の撮影提出の際、ピント合わせが出来ないので、何度提出しても正常に処理されない為、入金しても出金出来ないリスクあり。
御注意を。

ポートフォリオは詳細まで全然見れない。長期と短期にしか分かれていない。また、資産の推移などが月次で折れ線や棒グラフで見えたり、想定利回りをもとにした時と元本との差を表す等幾らでも面白い見せ方はあると思う。それ以外は問題なし。ただ投資をする上でかなり致命的にワクワクさに欠けている。

利用開始当初は比較的多くのファンドに当選してきましたが、ここ最近は落選ばかりです。
120%であっても落選したりといったことが続いたため、別のサービスに資金を移しました。
ポートフォリオ画面はまずまずですが、投資中のファンドの情報確認がややしづらいです。

サービスではなくアプリのレビューをすると、現在どれくらいの資産金額があるのが分かりづらい。投資金額・未投資金額・申請中金額が一覧として見づらい、もしくは探しづらい。webブラウザ版とは見え方も違い、統一感がない。

一年ほど前に始めてすぐに一件当選しましたが、それ以降全く当選せず萎えてきています。多くの物件で目標金額の500%以上の申し込みがあるので(人気のものは1900%とかになります)、当選確率が低いのはしょうがないかもしれません。しかし、先日応募率125%程度のものでも「キャンセル待ち」になったので流石に退会しようと思い始めてます。私の投資金額が高く無いこともあり(1件10万で応募)当選確率が低く設定されていると推察しています。1件100万くらいで何件も応募できる財力が出来てから始めるのが良いかもしれません。

追記:応募率101%及び104%のものも落選しました。厳しいですねぇ😥

諦めずに淡々と申し込みを続けていた結果、今年に入ってから月1〜2件ほど当選しています。この状況が続いて欲しいです。⭐︎2→3に変更しました。

同じような認証では斜め横を向くだけですし、認証もすぐされます
しかし本サービスでの認証は顔を傾げるため、普通に首が辛いです
それなのに余りにも認証されません

簡単認証もありますが、いちいちメモに文字を書いて一緒に撮影は面倒です
