Система легла, оплата была невозможна ни в кассе, ни в приложении и нас не выпускали 30 минут с паркинга. После того как все-же выпустили, оплатит получилось через пару часов (за эти два часа тоже оплатить пришлось)

This is probably the worst app I ever used. It can't handle more than few concurrent users without getting stuck. It is admirable achievement to develop such a low quality app.

Since then, we have made significant improvements to the system, and these problems should no longer occur. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve our service.
