I appreciate it so much! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t Recommend *2026-06-16* This is hardly a cozy game. There’s a timer. You can hide it from view, but your score at the end is based on how fast you complete the game. Medium is stoopid easy and hard is crazy hard. The controls don’t work well. Often it spits back a correct letter. Many times it doesn’t acknowledge that I’m touching and trying to move a letter, which slows my time and gives me anxiety. If you like competitive word games, you’ll like this. If you want something cozy, it’s not for you. **Developer response:** I’m sorry to hear that you find the game stressful. The daily level is the only level that is timed/scored, as there needs to be some kind of factor for scoring the level for the online leaderboard. For all 700 other crosswords the star rating only depends on the number of hints you use and not the time. I’ll take your feedback into consideration and try to make the difficulties more accurate. ### 3/5 — Spelling *2026-05-01* US spelling only confused me a lot. “Coloring” instead of “colouring”, “journaling” instead of “journalling”, etc. There should be an option to toggle the spelling or at least make it clear it’s only for americans ### 4/5 — So cozy! *2026-05-02* Super cute game, doesn’t have ads and has a minimal interface with easy coloring that’s customizable! Only bug I’ve come across is after you’ve finished a puzzle, the buttons to go home or to the next puzzle, you have to tap slightly above the buttons to register, but that such a minor thing that i dont even care. Some of the words can get repetitive and a little out there but they always relate to the theme one way or another, **Developer response:** Thanks so much for your review! The bug with the buttons has been fixed in the 1.13 update :) some of the puzzles are a little tricker, while some are more literal. Hopefully you find there is a good mix throughout the levels! ### 4/5 — Adore this, though there’s an issue… *2026-05-01* I want the developers to know that I love this. But there’s a big ol’ problem with the game: I can’t start level six’s next difficulty. Every single one is perfect - just the right amount of chill I need when I’m trying to fall asleep or the world is overwhelming. I’ve been on the hunt for a chill crossword app for awhile so I was VERY excited when I saw this come out. I never have bugs or glitches, the music is great, price point is great, no ads.
