### 4/5 — Good game, pyramid at some point?

*2026-07-24, version 5.3*

I really like the feel of this game, however, do you plan on adding pyramid to this game? It’s a game where cards are arranged in a pyramid and there is also a deck at the bottom that allow you to add up to 13. Judy a suggestion.

### 5/5 — Love the game, couple notes

*2026-04-13, version 5.1*

I love the aesthetic of the game. It’s so cute and addicting! I have two suggestions.
First, the cards that are greyed out and locked behind another card are only slightly grey and it’s difficult to distinguish between those and white cards.

Another suggestion is spiderette, I am unable to draw a new set of cards if I have any spaces empty. That makes sense if I have unturned cards, but it still forces me to break apart consolidated stacks to fill in the empty spaces near the end of the game to draw a new set of cards. I don’t know if it’s intentional but it’s very annoying.

Thank you for making such a great game, and I can’t wait to buy the new word game that’s about to come out!

### 5/5 — higher difficulty option

*2026-04-05, version 5.1*

The games is great but i hope there could be some higher difficulty options like 4 suits spiderette

### 4/5 — simple & fun

*2026-04-04, version 5.1*

really enjoying it, this will be my new staple solitaire app! the only thing I’d change is if when you hit ‘new game’, the menu would default to the game you were just playing instead of always being set on ‘klondike”

### 3/5 — Nice solitaire game but has bugs

*2026-03-28, version 5.1*

When playing a one card draw game, and then you want to play that one card, it will pull the top one from the indrawn stack instead. Really obnoxious. This is a bug impacting an important gameplay mechanic. This should not be paid smh

### 5/5 — haiku????

*2026-03-15, version 5.1*

i love this game so much i play it an unhealthy amount. however. i saw a haiku in this game about a squirrel riding past a dog on a bike and i didn’t screenshot it and now i don’t remember it. i cannot find it online. i want it so badly !!!! i’ve never even liked haikus until this and i lost it. is there a way to go back and see them???

### 5/5 — Simply the best

*2026-03-11, version 5.1*

I love everything about this game. I’ve played many kinds of solitaire, and this is simply the best one. I love that you can get only winnable deals (though I certainly don’t win all of them).

My only suggestion would be to make it easier to switch between left-hand and right-hand mode; I frequently change hands and it requires several taps to switch each time.

This game has truly and significantly improved my mental health and wellbeing. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-03-06, version 5.1*

Great to find a solitaire game that doesn’t steal your data or constantly get you to follow ad links. On top of that it’s aesthetically pleasing and has plenty of options for customization so you can play the way you want to. Well worth the purchase.

### 4/5 — Cozy card game fun!

*2026-02-23, version 5.1*

Worth the cost! Lives up to the name of being a cozy, ad free card game app that I love to play when I have a spare few minutes.

Please add a way to see your personal high scores for each card game!

### 5/5 — Best solitaire game out there

*2026-02-20, version 5.1*

No ads, really simple, and visually pleasing to use. If you’re a looking for a simple and easily customizable solitaire game (5 types available) to keep on your phone to play during downtime (I like to play before bed), then this is for you!

Love the music and ambiance choices. Lots of Christmas options too. I’d be more than happy to see more ambiance music, sounds, and background noises (only because I play so much) but the quality of this game is already more than I expected. Can’t wait for more games from this developer!

### 5/5 — Delightful

*2026-02-08, version 5.1*

Other solitaire games feel like I’m playing in a casino. This one feels like I’m playing on a relaxing vacation in an exotic location far from my troubles. The art is inviting, the music is relaxing, the whole game is just delightful.

### 3/5 — Why is it so small now?

*2026-02-08, version 5.1*

This game was a 5 star until I updated it to the new patch that included a forced UI rescale, with no option to return to the original. It is now far too small for my impaired vision when before it was perfectly fine.

### 4/5 — Calm, Cozy, Simple

*2026-02-07, version 5.1*

A great app for those seeking a quiet retreat. Options for various types of Solitaire, allows removal of time and move clock on UI. Hope developer adds more backgrounds that are cozy genre - like a fireplace that isn’t just for Christmas. Continuing to improve app has been noticed! Thank you!

### 5/5 — Just what I was hoping for.

*2026-02-05, version 5.1*

Like most people I play Solitaire to find a moment of calm in a busy day. I went looking for an app with no annoying ads, no obnoxious demands for daily challenges or player competitions, and no long, overdramatic win screen graphics, and Cozy Solitaire said no problem we have exactly what you want. And to make things even better their cards have a hand drawn look that just adds to the zen, and they offer not just the standard game style but a wide variety of styles to choose from. And best of all they’re sticking with old school rules, no subscriptions no data mining.

### 2/5 — slow

*2026-02-01, version 5.0*

it’s cute and I like how customizable it is but even with the card animation speed set to ‘fast’ it is abysmally slow. it’s a very choppy, laggy experience if you operate at even slightly faster than a snail’s pace. it’s just hard to enjoy playing when I have to wait for the app to catch up. I’ve given it a fair shake to see if I could adjust but I wish I hadn’t spent money on this. I couldn’t have imagined what an exercise in frustration this would be.

### 5/5 — My Dream Solitaire

*2026-01-29, version 5.0*

I love to play solitaire but I don’t typically have a deck of cards on me. Most if not all solitaire apps have a bunch of ads, interruptions in general, and a billion micro transactions. This app is simple, calming, no interruptions, no ads, friendly competition, achievements, and it will actually teach you how to play different play styles. I did not know how to play spiderette, and the instructions with animations were super easy to understand. It only asks you to pay 1-2 times and then you just get to enjoy the game. I love it.

### 5/5 — Possibly the best solitaire app on iOS

*2026-01-28, version 5.0*

It’s adorable and the vibe is A+ and works well. No ads! That’s so important. One suggestion: for the winnable games, add a difficulty option! The winnable ones seem too easy sometimes.

### 3/5 — 5 star till recently

*2026-01-26, version 5.0*

This is the best solitaire app I’ve ever had, and to be honest solitaire is all I play on my phone really. It’s so worth the small price for an ad free and offline game of solitaire. The music is super chill and the small unlockables are cute. Problem is; after the last update the games resolution became really small. There’s no settings I can find to fix this, and I have poor eyesight. The game is still playable, but is quite uncomfortable now, and I just don’t really play it now. Since it’s still playable I’m giving three stars, but it’ll go up to five if they fix the screen resolution.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — A Joke

*2026-07-06, version 5.3*

It continually messes up. Stops to deal cards in correct order. A waist of wasted time. Really!

### 1/5 — App Deleted

*2026-01-25, version 5.0*

Several of the Solitaire games insist on being the boss. When I move a card, frequently the card moves where it wants to go. If I move the card back to where I wanted it, it moves again to where it wants to go. I then shut the Solitaire game down. Today it happened yet again. This time the app when I attempted to shut the game down, it didn’t shut down. AND when I attempted to reboot the iPhone it wouldn’t let me do that either. So I managed to shut the phone down. I counted to 10. I went back in and deleted Cozy Solitaire. People are more important than robotic artificial “intelligence.” Apps SHOULD NOT take priority over responsible users. Period.

### 1/5 — horrible bug

*2026-01-06, version 4.4*

new games sometimes leave a random card where you tap it last tapped. frequently requires restart… this is a paid app……………

### 1/5 — 3/5 game modes behind EXTRA paywall

*2025-12-01, version 4.4*

I payed $2 for the app, and you’re gonna charge me ANOTHER $2 so I can access 3 of 5 game modes? Feels so scammy to have found out I paid for less than half of a game

### 1/5 — Not full screen on IPad???

*2025-01-12, version 4.2*

Am I doing something wrong or doesn’t this app go full screen landscape mode on ipad??

### 1/5 — Busted Game w/Update

*2024-11-15, version 4.0*

Frecell is frustrating to play with new update. Clicking on a card, you can’t expect it to go to the right spot. It goes randomly to blank spots or free spots a few times before going on another card.

### 1/5 — no ads but tons of bugs

*2024-10-03*

free cell is completely bugged - don’t waste your time or money

**Developer response:** Hello there,

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing bugs! If you could email me at mulberrytreegames.com with details about the bugs, I would be happy to look into them! I work hard to ensure that bugs are fixed in a timely matter and I’m sorry for the issues!

### 1/5 — Used to be perfect...

*2024-06-30*

Game used to be perfect, but unfortunately the latest update has made the app much slower and less attractive! The numbers on the card faces have increased in size, there's more unnecessary (and slow) animation when you draw a card, and the text looks a lot less elegant and much more chunky; almost as if it has been stretched? What set this solitaire game apart was how beautifully it was visually designed; now it might as well be any other.

**Developer response:** Update: I tried to make the smaller card front size as close to the original as possible in version 3.2. The 3.2 update also gets rid of the delay when clicking through waste cards. I hope that helps improve your experience!

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2024-06-29, version 3.0*

The app can’t keep track of the cards so you always loose. If you click too fast the cards disappear. DO NOT BUY. Would be okay if you didn’t have to buy the app but if it costs actual money waayyy not worth it

### 1/5 — Looks nice but…

*2024-06-11, version 2.5.5*

I want like/play this, but I bought it to play on my iPad Pro. There is no landscape mode and there is no Apple Pencil compatibility.

Please fix!! Easily a 5 star app once these things are fixed.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Go to Cozy Game!

*2026-07-15, version 5.3*

I love this game! Solitaire is always a solid choice, but this game has such a nice art style and customization options. No ads is also a bonus! It’s my go-to game when I want to calm my mind down for a bit.

### 5/5 — Low-Stim Comfort

*2026-07-14, version 5.3*

The music, the ambiance, no ads - I love everything about this app and how slow paced it is from the graphics to the music (and the music being so simple and calming is a huge bonus).
I wish this creator would make more games in this vein, cause this has replaced my doom scrolling. Thanks so much for making this.

### 5/5 — The cutest solitaire game!

*2026-07-07, version 5.3*

I downloaded this game a month or so ago and I absolutely love it. Well worth the very small fee to have a good solitaire game with no ads. Especially good if you’re like me and trying to simplify your smartphone games. Heaps of card and background customisations and I love the daily encouragement messages, they are very cute :)

### 5/5 — Truly no ads

*2026-06-29, version 5.3*

I love this app. It truly has no ads. I searched for a long time to find something like this, and I’ve been using it for several years.

### 5/5 — Calming time-out

*2026-06-20, version 5.3*

Lovely app to take time out and calm your mind, cute graphics and animations.

### 5/5 — Secret Card Back?

*2026-06-11, version 5.3*

(First paragraph is my general review. The second dives into my title question.)

I absolutely love this game. I am always looking around the App Store for something simple and fun. I try to find games that have nice customization options, good art styles, and a strong replay-ability factor; this game fit that criteria perfectly! It actually taught me how to play solitaire, which I likely would’ve never learned otherwise. I was always horrendous at it, but the more I played this game, the more I learned and mastered the strategies that help you win each type solitaire. I am hooked!

A strong reason why I kept playing (aside from everything already mentioned) was because I really enjoy achievement hunting, especially when they are the key to unlocking new customization options. I’ve completed every achievement for the game, and assumed I unlocked everything, but I just noticed at the bottom of the card backs page there’s another set of 8 cards with “?” symbols. Does this mean there’s a secret card back I’m unaware of or is this just for possible future updates and add-ons? I need to know!

### 5/5 — Super good

*2026-06-05, version 5.3*

Best solitaire game ever

### 5/5 — Relaxing

*2026-05-21, version 5.2*

Simple. Cozy. Best of all no ads and no manipulating the game to get you to purchase more energy or boosters. Just relax and play.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-05-04, version 5.1*

No ads, worth the money. Now has a daily. I’ll get more by developer

### 5/5 — Relaxing

*2026-04-18, version 5.1*

As it says, it’s a relaxing solitaire game.
