The FAQ on this is unhelpful and attempts to contact the creators of the app have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately I’d already paid for the household subscription before I realised this. No one else in my household uses Apple so they are unable to use this app, thus rendering it fairly useless to us ### 2/5 — So frustrating *2023-09-27, version 4.9.0* Password reset links are glitchy and freeze Difficult to follow and unhelpful user guides and FAQ’s Features advertised are really appealing and have found it challenging to navigate to find easy to follow guides as to how to use them Tried to use the scan of receipt to import groceries purchased - got a message that I as user and owner of “household” have to authorise myself to use this feature Have found support request on how to use are delayed in getting a response if a response is even received Such a shame because the app, in concept and marketing, offer such great functionality that could save time and really help people ### 2/5 — Would be incredible if it worked… *2023-04-28* Nothing is more infuriating than an app that alllllmooost works. I was really excited, since it looked like it had every feature I wanted. When looking for recipes with items I already had in stock, it failed to recognize ingredients in recipes that matched word for word with an item in my pantry. Folks I tried for 30 mins and was never able to help it recognize that “canned peaches” = “canned peaches”. Certainly doesn’t help that after entering in your own recipe, you can no longer edit the ingredients. I also had very little success importing my recipes in from other websites or apps. I must have tried 6 or 7 recipe keeper apps and websites before giving up - for short recipes in particular, it always kept claiming that it could not find any recipes on the page, or gave an extremely glitchy failure screen when importing from another app. ### 2/5 — Want to love it *2022-06-15, version 4.8.11* When it works it is fantastic!! But it’s glitchy and as a ‘member’ of the household—I keep getting notes to ‘renew’ the household membership. The hours of organizing—and it’s just not working. I am pretty frustrated at this point. Still need to pay an extra £2 per month for an ‘upgrade’. The feature I wanted to test the most , receipt scan, is locked and only available for purchase. So if it doesn’t work then you are down $$ One should be able to test run all of it before purchasing any plan or features App may be good but I guess I will never find out. **Developer response:** Hello ReaderManiac You can try the app for free for 14 days with all features unlocked. Won’t do anything but show me a picture of their logo. 😕 ### 1/5 — Good idea, Bad implementation *2022-02-06* I have been trying to use Cozzo to manage my herbs and spices on an iOS device. First, there is NO library of herbs or spices, you have to type each one in; not a deal-breaker. Second, the available documentation is really really poor. This is made worse by the non-intuitive interface. I have used a lot of applications over the past 30 years and I think Cozzo’s interface is very non-intuitive. Bombined, these two issues are tough for a user to overcome. Third, there are many instances where Cozzo just freezes up — heck, it may me waiting for some input, it is not possible to tell; this is a real deal-breaker. By way of example, I tried to attach an image to a spice entry. I decided, in the middle, to stop but could not. There was NO WAY to back out of this operation. Again, there may be a way, it just was not at all obvious. I hope these folks continue on and fix these types of problems. I would have preferred they do a lit of this BEFORE they released the product, but . . . **Developer response:** Hello. We're still waiting for your response.
