### 1/5 — Not worth the price

*2023-11-22, version 1.0.2*

Should have read reviews. Same complaints from 3 years ago are still true today. Nothing stored on app, nothing sent to Apple Health. When I download an app, I expect it to be self-contained. Def not useful for me, and less than useful for my 84 year old mother!

### 1/5 — App for iPhone doesn’t Track

*2022-06-14, version 1.0.2*

Pay $80 for a Bluetooth pulse oximeter so I could have saved data for my pulmonologist. 1st one didn’t accurately measure said my oxygen was 66 heart rate 250. Took it back this one works but not with the app! I see they have know this for a year by the reviews but have done nothing to resolve this!!!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2022-01-22, version 1.0.2*

I use apps daily for work and personal. This one is horrible. Everything is setup, you put in username and password but it makes the iPhone keyboard stay up thinking it needs more info. Obviously not update for current phones and iOS

### 1/5 — lame dont bother !

*2022-01-04, version 1.0.2*

this app will waste some of your time to install it. It is free but not worth the price.

### 2/5 — Horrible app!

*2021-11-05, version 1.0.2*

The app is useless! Where is the historical data and where is the ability to integrate the data into apple health or any other third party vendors. Hello it’s 2021!

### 1/5 — Need to use website for most information

*2021-08-20, version 1.0.2*

You have to use the website for the majority of the applications. EI: update and edit family members, recording readings etc. viewing history, etc.

The app is really bad and the website not much better. Also height and weight seem to be
In metrics not American pounds and inches.

### 2/5 — Needs update

*2020-07-19, version 1.0.2*

The iPhone app is not able to show any history of data of myself or my family. The only way to see my historical health data is to login via a web browser to the manufacturers web page is which is unacceptable.

Please update app to record historical Heart Rate and Pulse Ox data to Apple Health to improve security and usability.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2020-07-18, version 1.0.2*

Don't install

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-04-23, version 1.0.2*

The app does not interface with Apple health, doesn’t record data, and doesn’t allow you to send any data. What use do they think it could possibly serve??

### 1/5 — This is a Joke, unfortunately.

*2020-02-07, version 1.0.2*

We bought the pulse-oximeter that goes with this app for my mother. The design of the app makes it completely useless and unusable for her.

Here is the problem.

1. There is ZERO interface with this app and the iPhone health app.

2. The app records ZERO information in the app, which is bad because there is ZERO way to review your readings. Along with that it Does Not SHARE recorded information with the Apple health app. WHAT!!!

3. There is ZERO way to email or text the health information.

4. The only place this app sends the information to is the cloud, which is completely inappropriate because this is very personal information. Which means that the only way you can see your own information is to go to the cloud.

This pulse-oximeter unit is going back, and we are going to get a unit that actually records her information on her iPhone.

This app and unit gets a zero, unfortunately. It could have been so much better if it was linked to the Apple health app.
