## What is CPAP Analysis?

Tired of dragging your SD card to a laptop every morning? Had grand plans to check your CPAP data daily, but gave up because the routine was a pain? Me too. That's why I built CPAP Analysis.

Plug your SD card into your iPhone before you get out of bed. Sync your data in seconds, then check it in bed or later over coffee, at work, on the toilet - we won't judge.

See everything your machine recorded:
  • Detailed event timeline for every night
  • Events split by type – obstructive, central, hypopnea, CSR
  • Blood oxygen and pulse with compatible devices
  • Leaks, pressure, respiratory rate, tidal volume, minute ventilation

Zoom out and spot trends over weeks and months.

APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
Wear an Apple Watch or use a sleep tracking app? See your sleep stages, SpO2 and pulse alongside your CPAP data.

WEAR AN O2 RING?
Any ring that syncs SpO2 to Apple Health (Wellue O2Ring and similar) overlays your overnight oxygen and pulse on every night automatically.

COLLECT AWARDS
Earn collectible cards for streaks, records and clean nights.

SHARE WITH OTHERS
Need help understanding your data? Share live graphs directly from the app, so you can ask for support in expert communities.

BUILT BY A CPAP USER
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't keep up the laptop data import routine. And I wasn't happy with my personal sleep data being sent to someone else's servers. So I built this. Now I leave an SD card reader in my bedside table, quickly sync when I wake up, then check the data later in the day. No more feeling guilty about meaning to check but never getting round to it.

YOUR THERAPY DATA STAYS YOURS
No accounts. No 30-day data caps. Your entire CPAP history lives on your device and your private iCloud – we never see it.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A ResMed CPAP machine that writes to an SD card
• A Lightning or USB-C SD card reader ($10-15 easy to find online)
• Optional: an Apple Watch or O2 ring that syncs to Apple Health for overnight SpO2

Not affiliated with ResMed or any other CPAP manufacturer.

This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It displays data from your CPAP SD card for informational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider for guidance on your therapy.

### 5/5 — Still learning

*2026-05-05*

I’m new to CPAP, and newer to CPAP analysis. I use this with a WiFi SD card that uploads to my unraid SMB (make sure to disable enhanced OSX compatibility), and then I mount the share via iOS Files, and import in the app. Works great, is fast, and sync with AppleWatch data too.

Still trying to learn what all the graphs mean, and how to make it useful for my sleep.

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to write this up! The WiFi SD card to network storage idea is a great one - I hadn’t thought to wire it up that way, I’ll definitely give it a go myself. Glad CPAP Analysis is fitting into your routine. For the graphs, I find comparing the events timeline with your sleep stages and SpO2 a good indicator of what’s happening through the night.

### 5/5 — Very handy app for tracking my Airsense 11 Cpap data

*2026-03-28*

Finally — a CPAP app that works! I used to check my data with OSCAR on my laptop every morning, but that got old fast. Now I just take the SD card out of my AirSense 11, plug it into my iPhone, and everything loads instantly. The visuals are clean, it syncs with Apple Health seamlessly, and Apple Watch data adds helpful context. I’ve already spotted patterns — like my heart rate and mask leaks spiking after a salty snack before bed, which totally explained that rough night. The nightly vs. average views make it easy to see if changes are working, and it’s been rock solid on my iPhone 15 Pro. Easily beats MyAir and makes tracking so much simpler. I’ll probably still use Oscar info, but a whole lot less often. The integration with my Apple Health data and straightforward-report is extremely handy and a big time saver for me. Great job programming this terrific app! From one programmer to another, I salute you. I’ll be sending suggestions but it’s great as-is! Thank you!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the great review! As a fellow CPAP user I totally get that routine of taking the card out, booting the laptop, importing to OSCAR - it really does get old fast doesn't it? That's exactly why I built this. Keep an SD card reader in your bedside table and you can read it before you even get up. Please do send across any suggestions!
