The app seems to break with every iOS update. I’d look elsewhere for an LMS content provider if you require a functioning app.

1- You cant complete any lesson with out downloding

I spend more time troubleshooting the app than completing the modules. Downloading & redownloading modules, loosing progress, freezing and crashing.... Horrible app.

Application freezes every 3 or 4 slides requiring you to exit the lesson, log off and log in again. Sound does not always work. This was a problem with the previous learning package I undertook about 10 months ago and they don’t seem to have fixed the issue. Not only that, but the slides are of relatively poor quality and contain factual errors.

1, why do the download stops when the screen is off
2, it takes forever to download even 24mb file
3, why do I have to download first to watch a lesson? This is true even on the online website.

This app hasn’t been designed using the proper Apple environment. Ergonomics and design are poor, navigation is a terrible experience forcing the end user to suffer with no other solution to work offline.
Layout components and fonts are just dropped there without consideration of the iPad screen. The app is not capable of just holding a password, and if you want to download lessons, you need to validate every one of them.
Not an actual native iPad app, just a quick dirty workaround to bring courses to the platform. Considering market shares that this company is acquiring, end user would expect something way more professional.

When opening the App, the button disappears and it only shows “Loading LMS Data” for a long time with no progress.

I’m still wondering after years of existence why you cant have a download all button that downloads everything! Why do we have to continually download each lesson or subject individually and then you can’t do anything but wait for the pop up to go before moving onto the next lesson? Why can’t it be in the background?
