## What is CPC Genie?

Welcome to Genie, an in-house production of Columbia Pacific Communities.  

At Columbia Pacific Communities, we build manage, partner and care.  
Our vibrant retirement communities focus on promoting holistic senior living and ensuring seniors live their best lives in our care. We promote physical and mental wellbeing and intellectual stimulation to ensure seniors enjoy their golden years and embrace “positive ageing” in the company of like-minded people 

We are an amalgamation of real estate, hospitality and health care backed by state-of-the-art technology. Being fully aware of the impact and importance of technology for our residents we created “Genie”.  

Genie is our resident’s technology assistant to ensure they have everything they require in the community. Some services that Genie includes are:

What makes Genie even more unique is the ease with which one can access and use the application. We understand the need of detailing while keeping the application very easy to use. Residents can request for a service in less than 8 clicks on the screen. Reaching out in case of an emergency has never been easier. With our emergency call button, we notify the Emergency Contacts in less than 5 seconds of the SOS alert being shared.  

Genie has been developed to suit the needs of our every resident. It not only helps in convenience but also maintains a digital record of every request made. With Genie we only hope to make our residents happier and allow them to focus on positively ageing with us.
