Never opens or loads. Once in a blue moon it will work. Needing to access bank info in a timely manner is important and it’s impossible with this app. ### 2/5 — Face ID *2023-04-13* Finally, the option to use Face ID. But unfortunately it never works correctly. Ever since the update I have had nothing but problems logging into the app. Once I do it is clunky and slow. Locks you out of the app due to glitches then coincidentally does not give you your Kasasa Cash back. I was a longtime customer of the Connecticut community credit union in Paucatuck, Connecticut. The CCU got swallowed up by the CORE PLUS CREDIT UNION organization. I am a regular customer at the pocket office on Broad Street. The staff there has always been most courteous, kind, and efficient, and knowledgeable about all that the goes on at the bank. The staff at this Pawcatuck office has changed, but there’s still 100% on the ball. Valerie at this office is one of the most kind people I know. She is a valuable asset to your bank. I think you should know this. Anyway, Thank you for your time reading this, And please tell Valerie and her crew CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done managing this office… To prefer remain anonymous.
