The “CPI” letters should change colors to tell you what status the alarm is set at. Green for disarmed, orange for stay and red for away. The app doesn’t allow me to change notifications. Customer Service doesn’t answer, robot says I’ll get a call back in 20 minutes, then sends a message that I have to text or call them.
