Can’t sign in and can’t save my tickets to Apple Wallet! I have had nothing but trouble with is app! ### 3/5 — Can’t log in since the Apr 2025 update *2025-05-30, version 3.0.1* [edit] Going through the signup process with my existing account email seems to have fixed the login issue. Developers: please ask CPL to notify frustrated users about this workaround. —— Looks like I’m not the only user who can’t log in anymore since the update. It’s been over a month, with no fix. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. Sent a support request online, no response. Could the developers at least let us all know what’s wrong? ### 2/5 — Ticket manager/feedback *2025-04-24, version 3.0.0* Since updating, season ticket manager is extremely challenging to navigate to. Forces you to go to the team website and log in to ticketmaster there vs the previous app integration. Also no place to provide direct feedback in app… so here we are. ### 1/5 — Junk - Can’t Access Account on Update *2025-04-23, version 3.0.0* We are season ticket holder for the Cavalry. I had no issues with the old version of the app, but now I cannot get into my account. It is so bad that the app will send me a verification code, which I immediately input, and it tells me it is the wrong code. I can’t access my tickets to the matches, or even see the personalized schedule, as a result. I hope this is remedied immediately. ### 1/5 — Terrible and useless *2024-08-22, version 2.0.34* The app does not provide a way to add you tickets to your apple wallet. It also gives you a help button that leads to nowhere. This is unsupported and useless. Well done. ### 1/5 — Unresponsive and ineffective *2023-07-23, version 2.0.16* Every year, I’m asked to create an account. That seems a bit redundant, but I did it anyway when this season started. A few weeks ago, I went to check the standings, and had to log in. The options were create an account, or log in, but when I tapped “continue”, there was nothing to tap to actually log in. I tried to continue as a guest, but that didn’t work. Tried to create a new account, but couldn’t do that because my phone number already exists in the system. That’s odd because every year, I have to create a new account so if my phone number is already in the system mid-season, why can’t it exist outside the season?! For the past few weeks, I have tried to contact support using the option in the app. It says someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point, it’s just easier to use the TSN app. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging me out..! *2023-06-25, version 2.0.16* This app logs me out continually and I can’t get back in or will not let me sign back on. I am a season holder ticket and makes it very inconvenient to follow my team or get my tickets to my soccer games. ### 3/5 — Decent UI, needs work *2023-04-14, version 2.0.16* One of my biggest quarrels is that I can’t view the whole premier league schedule - just the team I selected. Assuming they send that by email ? …. But no email …. Nothing ! So the game stops there ! Please get someone to fix this - or at least provide support to help. Its slow, often pages only load halfway and when I had issues, and sent multiple emails several weeks ago, I have heard absolutely nothing. The only reason I keep the app is to follow the league, otherwise it would be long gone off of my phone. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2021-10-21, version 2.0.15* App constantly freezes to the point where it is unusable. Links don’t work, page freezes while scrolling so portions of 2 pages show on screen. Rebooting the app doesn’t help. Two other people I know who are also season ticket holders can’t access their account after the most recent update. When you click for app support in the App Store, it just takes you to the cpl website, where there is no option to report this bug or contact customer service. As of right now I can’t access my $400 season tickets for the game tomorrow because the Ticketmaster app can’t verify with the cpl app, and there no way to get a hold of cpl to ask for help other than leaving this review. ### 1/5 — Updates Aren’t Always Better *2025-04-27, version 3.0.0* What a terrible “update” to this app. I wonder if the developer actually tested the app before making it available. I see I’m not alone… First of all, had to sign up fresh with the same email and password. Really?! Second, they seem to have disconnected this app from Ticketmaster. Now how do we access our seasons tickets? C’mon guys!!! This seems to happen at the most inconvenient times, like at a game a about to use it. It was a great way to stay on top of current events and news. Unfortunately, the last two updates have rendered the app unusable as it crashes during boot up each time. Future improvement Ideas: - A better way to see the scores and schedules of all teams in one location. - Fix the embedded image stretching that occurs in news stories. - Short highlight reels of each game on the app in one location. ### 4/5 — Support staff *2019-05-22, version 2.0.0* Had some weird issues when I first got the app. The support staff helped quickly to rectify the issue.
