From an overview of all vehicle data to direct navigation to over 14,000 service partners: the CPM app has been consistently designed with the user in mind and offers many practical functions relating to the use and management of rented vehicles. Transmitting documents Quick and easy: transmit documents such as handover and return protocols or damage reports directly to CPM via the CPM app in just a few steps. Danke 🙏🏼 ### 3/5 — Lädt nicht *2024-08-09* Update: Irgendwann Lieds, nun funktioniert es halbwegs, allerdings ist außer Tankstellen in der Karte nicht viel zu finden, Reifenservice Werkstätten die bei Kollegen angezeigt werden tauchen bei mir nicht auf? Bisher reine Zeitverschwendung. Und alles digital abgebildet. ### 2/5 — Gut gedacht - schlecht gemacht! *2024-02-02* Viele (zu alte) Informationen. Z.B. wird der Verbrauch nur sporadisch aktualisiert, die Daten scheinen immer ca. 2 Monate alt. Der Beleg Transfer funktioniert ebenfalls nur sporadisch. Ich habe einen Beleg im November 2023 eingescannt und übertragen, die Überweisung ist noch immer nicht durchgeführt. Meine erste tel. Nachfrage bei CPM ergab, das ich Screenshots schicken soll - das habe ich dann auch direkt gemacht - bis heute (Feb. 2024) noch nicht mal eine Antwort darauf. Das hat, als man Belege noch per Post schicken musste, zu 100% funktioniert. Auch andere Erfahrungen mit CPM (um 23 Uhr irgendwo in Brandenburg mit Reifen- und Felgenschaden liegen geblieben und bei der Hotline die Empfehlung bekommen, mir in 20 km Entfernung einen Leihwagen abzuholen ^^, bei Neuwagen Konfigurationen „bloß nicht zu viele Alternativen“ rechnen lassen, usw.). „Car Management“ wäre vielleicht noch passend - wie sich das „Professional“ rechtfertigen soll, kann ich mir nach fast 13 Jahren noch nicht erklären. ### 2/5 — Ganz gut, aber… *2023-07-01* Seit dem letzten Update ist die Grafik mit dem Verbrauch leider komplett leer. ### 2/5 — Viele Sachen passen nicht *2022-12-24* Manche (Reifen)Partner werden nicht mit der richtigen Adresse angezeigt. Bestandswerkstätten tauchen nicht auf. Bei Glasschäden muss man ohnehin über die Versicherung gehen und kann nicht direkt zur Werkstatt. Diese von der Versicherung genannten Werkstätten sind nicht in der App. Prüfsteine, die durchgeführt wurden , sind nicht enthalten, hier gibt es keine Rückkopplung seitens der Werkstatt oder des Autohauses, Tankstellen werden nicht angezeigt etc. etc. Für mich eine App mit großen Lücken und die mir keinen wirklichen nutzbaren Vorteil bietet. ### 5/5 — Richtige gute Funktionen *2022-08-28* Top ## Frequently asked questions about CPM ### What is CPM-App used for?
