Logging in takes too many steps, and Dear Lord the check scanning is abysmal. Constantly failing and then requiring me to restart the app to try again, which loops back to the clunky login process. By far the worst banking app on my phone. More often than not I am not able to log into my account. It will say not able to login or some other error and then lock you out of your account. This is not user error but a bug in the app that cpm knows exists. Once locked out you have to call cpm to reset to have access to your account again.
