I’m a full-time working student so time is scarce and I prefer convenience. The snapshot used to work as intended. Lately it makes me log in to see the snapshot and does not remember my credentials even with the “Remember Me” option selected. This isn’t a shared device and I have several security options on my phone. I would rather be able to use the convenience features as intended. ### 1/5 — Pathetic app, miserable sign-in, terrible design, bye bye cPort. *2023-10-19* New update still does not correctly rotate app on iPad and affects entire iOS orientation until app is closed. I mean it wasn’t broke until you fixed it. Now it needs to be worked on yet it’s not. Odd. I have my VPN turned off and I cannot seem to get it to work. I have the latest update as well. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro max and have always used this app and only recently has this issue occurred. ### 3/5 — Verification codes for every use??? *2022-11-17, version 4002.1.2* Easy app to use but every time I log in I have to do a verification code even when I select to remember the device I use.
