I’m a full-time working student so time is scarce and I prefer convenience. The snapshot used to work as intended. Lately it makes me log in to see the snapshot and does not remember my credentials even with the “Remember Me” option selected. This isn’t a shared device and I have several security options on my phone. I would rather be able to use the convenience features as intended. ### 4/5 — Missing Feature *2022-08-23* Hi, Maine. But I would love to see Touch ID added to login :) THANKS FOR ADDING IT!!! ### 3/5 — REDESIGN NEEDED *2018-05-12* I have been a cPort member for just over 2 years now, yet I have seen no changes to the mobile banking app. The functionality is great and I wouldn’t change a thing about that, but the app is in serious need of a visual facelift. There are many banks or credit unions that have streamlined mobile banking interfaces, and I would really like cPort to be the same. If that was the case, I would have nothing but good things to say about this credit union or their mobile banking! ### 4/5 — Good start but *2017-09-20* You really need to add Touch-ID support to your app, having to type in the full password each time is a drag. I mean it wasn’t broke until you fixed it. Now it needs to be worked on yet it’s not. Odd. It was my first Bank, one day someone started to use my card,I had went to them and they replaced it with a new one. The next time around someone stole my wallet and used over $300 on it, they told me that I’d have to get a temporary card that only uses the ATM so I couldn’t swipe or buy anything online (I could only take out money) 🙄 for 6 months. After 6 months I was excited to start swiping again but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, they told me that I would never be able to swipe again so I waited 6 months for nothing when I could’ve switched to a new bank, I asked for a new card and they said I couldn’t get one because there was too many problems that went wrong with my card. ### 2/5 — Outdated *2019-03-23, version 6.5.0* No Touch ID support, can’t print statements. Overall, the app is very dated and slow ### 3/5 — Verification codes for every use??? *2022-11-17, version 4002.1.2* Easy app to use but every time I log in I have to do a verification code even when I select to remember the device I use. Sometimes I need to check or transfer funds multiple times a day and I have to still do a verification code each time. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Check deposit issues *2023-07-11* The app works amazing , except, I’m getting a repeated error message when attempting to deposit checks. I have my VPN turned off and I cannot seem to get it to work. I have the latest update as well. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro max and have always used this app and only recently has this issue occurred. ### 5/5 — Help *2020-06-17* The app is amazing after the update, I was just wondering if it would be possible to update the widget in Notification Center so that the background it not off colored, but more seamless with the iPhone. ### 5/5 — Wonderful bank and people *2020-04-15* This bank is great because they have excellent loan possibilities, varieties and options, but mostly the people are super helpful and they have a great online banking platform. It’s nice when you write a check and you can go into your online banking and minus that amount ahead of time so you can keep better track of your money flow. Also, they don’t send out junk mail, like life insurance info every six months, *like another local credit union ). :( Oh and the free use of the coin return as well as free coffee and ice cream sandwiches are a bonus Thanks for all your hard work during this time and stay well! ### 5/5 — You won’t get better service *2020-04-11* I have been with Cport for 10 or so years, I know the employees and they know me. If I need something I always know I can count on the staff to help me out. I’m so happy with this banking that I could never go back to BA or TD.
